Tonight will be the last night of curfew. As of tomorrow, September 8,2017 at 6am the mandatory curfew is lifted.
WATER WELL TESTING
Texas A&M AgriLife Extension will be helping the city of Simonton with transport of water well samples. They will start on Tuesday September 12, delivering on Tuesdays and Thursdays up until Tuesday September 26th.
Residents may drop their samples at FULSHEAR CITY HALL between the hours of 8am and 11am on the following dates:
Tuesday, September 12
Thursday, September 14
Tuesday, September 19
Thursday, September 21
Tuesday, September 26
Please makes checks payable to the “City of Houston” for $ 16.50 and remember to have your check rubber banded around your well sample. Also remember not to over fill the sample bottle, if it is past the line, or too far under the line, it will not be accepted. Water well sample kits and forms can be picked up at Simonton City Hall or Fulshear City Hall.
PLEASE NOTE: After September 26th, we will notify residents of new procedure regarding water well testing via blackboard and the city website.
Red Potato received an 18 wheeler of water and bleach. Supplies may be picked up from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
